So Much Choice

Run a quick Google search for “mountain bike sale” and you will discover something like 336 million results. Narrow it down a little and add “reviews” to the search term and it will reduce the results to a little under 72 million. Take it a step further by adding your country; I added “UK” and still returned almost 28 million results. Some of those will be duplicates but even if you could hide those you will still have more links than you can realistically research.

Most people stick to the results they find on the first page but will that reveal the best information about the product you’re searching for? Chances are that you clicked on a sponsored result too, in other words, somebody paid to place their link high on the search results. There’s nothing wrong with that but, is it going to provide the information you need? My own searches relating to products I know well definitely didn’t.

How Will You Benefit From Being Here?

When I buy a Mountain Bike related product, there’s plenty I need to know before I place an order and cost is only one element.

I want to know: –

  • Is it reliable?
  • What do other people think (and by that I include professionals and amateurs)?
  • Is there a similar product that might be better?
  • Do I need a “name brand” or, is there a less well known brand that is worth investigating?
  • How long will it last?
  • How soon will I need to repeat this spend?
  • Can it be fixed if it breaks?

There are so many questions and I’m sure you could add a few to that list.

The point of this “Reviews” section is to provide takeaway value to enable you to make informed choices. Of course I have a few favorites and if I mention one of those, you will always know it’s a favorite. What I do guarantee however is unbiased views and analysis written in a straight forward manner. The end goal is to enable you to get what you need.

Please Note: I will provide purchase links to external affiliate company websites within some reviews. If you click on a product link to purchase an item, you would buy the item from the seller directly (not from Amazon and/or other companies pay a small commission or other compensation for promoting their website or products through their affiliate program.

Prices are exactly the same for you if your purchase is through an affiliate link or a non-affiliate link. You will not pay more by clicking through to the link.
